This morning I invite you to join me as we read God’s word from Psalms 105:12 -14, 41 and 43
When they were but fewer in number, they wandered from nation to nation. From one kingdom to another. He allowed no one to oppress them, for their sake he rebuked kings: Don’t touch my anointed and do my prophets no harmHe opened the Rock and water gushed out. It flowed like a river in the desert. He brought out his people with rejoicing his chosen one with sounds of joy.
God’s word has no rival. It settles every matter. He makes honey from flint, and rivers in the desert. He is the one who knows all routes and where they lead. Nothing is hidden from this eyes. He proved among the Israelites and the heathens that there is not one thing he cannot do.
What is that way that stands shut before you? This morning the Lord reminds you again that even when life and its challenges shut a door on your face he is opening a window and a better door for you. Jesus Is the way maker. He is the way, the truth and the life and no one comes to the father except through him. He alone makes a way where there is no way. Amen! Thank you Jesus.
